OPEN: SALES EXECUTIVE

Grow SeatPack distribution across Uganda with wholesale and retail transactions.

We’re looking for an energized, dynamic Sales Operations Manager to drive wholesale distribution of the unique SeatPack (www.seatpack.org) into supermarkets, retail shops, and distributors across Uganda. This role is performance-based and rewards ambitious sales professionals who can deliver results.

PAYMENT PACKAGES (Performance-Based)

Monthly base plus (Wholesale) commission (Discussed in physical interview).

Probation period: 3 months.

Full-time role: Field and office based duties.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

✅ Discover and onboard retail outlets (supermarkets, shops, distributors) for SeatPacks

✅ Recruit an organized network of commissioned SeatPack sales agents

✅Train and support an organized network of commissioned SeatPack sales agents
✅ Secure wholesale orders & meet monthly targets
✅ Manage stock at all outlets, ensure timely replenishment and negotiate shelf space
✅ Build strong retail relationships with wholesale and retail partners
✅ Prepare organized sales reports, inventory reports, and market feedback frequently
✅ Coordinate SeatPack promotions and activations to recruit commission agents and retailers

WHO YOU ARE

• Proven experience taking a physical product to new customer markets in an Uganda

• 5 year work experience with a formal contract

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing

• 3+ years experience in distribution and B2B sales for a local brand

• Proven track record of meeting targets

• Excellent negotiation & communication skills in English and a local language

• Strong organization & route-planning abilities

• Capability to travel spontaneously to other Ugandan districts periodically
